  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. Raffle

    BC Gaming Event Licence #161848

    1 for $25.00; 320 tickets
    3 for $60.00; 600 tickets

  3. 3. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #161849

    1 for $10.00; 200 tickets
    3 for $25.00; 840 tickets
    10 for $50.00; 2200 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

  4. 4. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: June 25, 2025 at 1:00:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw
    Prize Raffle draw: June 25, 2025 at 2:00:00 p.m. PDT
    50/50 draw: June 25, 2025 at 2:00:00 p.m. PDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Ballet Kelowna, 2283-Leckie Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X 6Y5

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://balletkelowna.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 25, 2025.

  5. 5. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Ballet Kelowna.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Ballet Kelowna or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  6. 6. Privacy

    Ballet Kelowna does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  7. 7. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@balletkelowna.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  8. 8. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  9. 9. Other

    Please email our team at info@balletkelowna.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

Founded in 2002, Ballet Kelowna is the sole professional dance company in BC’s Interior. The organization is committed to its role as a leader in the region through encouraging, promoting, and developing Canadian dancers and choreographers. The company performs annually for more than 12,000 audience members in Kelowna and on tour and provides unique dance training opportunities and outreach programs. Its Artistic Director and CEO, Simone Orlando, is an award-winning choreographer and former dancer with Ballet BC and The National Ballet of Canada. Under Orlando’s direction, Ballet Kelowna was named the 2024 Artistic Company of the Year by the BC Live Performance Network (formerly the British Columbia Touring Council) and was an organizational recipient of the Lieutenant Governor’s Arts and Music Award in 2022.
